This is the public-facing standards page the platform was missing. It makes clear that live rooms, messaging, gifting, and creator pages operate under enforceable community rules instead of an undocumented internal policy.
Respect and harassment
Harassment, hate, targeted abuse, stalking, and intimidation should result in moderation action and account enforcement.
Sexual, violent, and exploitative content
Banned content categories need explicit operational rules and should not be left to moderator improvisation after launch.
Fraud, spam, and impersonation
Account abuse, scam gifting behaviour, payment fraud, fake profiles, and coordinated spam should be enforceable under public policy.
Reporting and appeals
Users need a clear route to report issues and understand that moderation decisions can be reviewed under platform procedures.
